資料異常時，先不要刪除 App

遊戲進度、設定與推薦顯示冷卻記錄主要保存在裝置本機。刪除或重新安裝 App 可能讓本機資料無法復原。

基本排錯

  1. 完全關閉 App，再重新開啟。
  2. 到 App Store 確認是否有更新，並確認裝置仍有足夠的儲存空間。
  3. 重新啟動 iPhone 或 iPad。若是聲音問題，也請檢查音量、靜音模式與藍牙輸出。
  4. 若推薦卡或 App Store 連結沒有反應，請確認網路可用後再試一次；匿名分析是否開啟不會阻擋 App Store 連結。
  5. 若問題仍存在，請記下 App 版本、build、裝置型號、iOS／iPadOS 版本、重現步驟與實際結果。

匿名分析與隱私

「匿名互動分析」預設關閉。你可以在遊戲設定中選擇「允許匿名分析」或「保持關閉」；保持關閉不影響遊戲、推薦卡或支援。完整事件、欄位、保留期限與刪除方式請閱讀 《貓町小料理屋》隱私政策。

English Support

Do not delete the app first if local data looks wrong

Game progress, settings, and the recommendation cooldown record are stored mainly on the device. Deleting or reinstalling the app may make local data unrecoverable.

Basic Troubleshooting

  1. Fully close the app, then open it again.
  2. Check the App Store for an update and confirm that the device has enough free storage.
  3. Restart the iPhone or iPad. For sound issues, also check volume, Silent Mode, and Bluetooth output.
  4. If a recommendation card or App Store link does not respond, confirm that the network is available and try again. Your analytics choice never blocks an App Store link.
  5. If the issue continues, note the app version, build, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, reproduction steps, and actual result.

Anonymous Analytics and Privacy

“Anonymous Interaction Analytics” is off by default. You can select “Allow Anonymous Analytics” or “Keep Analytics Off” in the game’s Settings. Keeping analytics off does not affect gameplay, recommendation cards, or support. Read the Nekomachi Kitchen Privacy Policy for the exact events, fields, retention period, and deletion process.
